Delivery Policy WARRANTY SERVICE PROCEDURE

Sofa sets: 
90-day on frame and seams, normal wear and tear excepted;
Bedroom sets:
90-day all inclusive;
Dining room sets:
90-day all inclusive;
Mattresse:
10 to 25 years depending on brands.

Extended 5-year warranty: $79.99 or 8% of the total purchase price, whichever is greater.

SERVICE PROCEDURE:
 
If you find your products damaged or requiring service, please take a photo of the product, email it to us with a brief description, our technician will contact you within 2 working days to schedule an appointment. We will either provide at home service or product exchange. For more information on service, please talk to the store sales personnel where you make your purchase. For product exchange, please make sure you keep the original packaging.

 

 

 

 
Delivery Policy of Sofa 999
 

1.Customer must pay in full before booking delivery.

 

 

2.If customer prefers to pay the delivery personnel, payment must be made     when the delivery truck arrives and before the unloading of the goods. Delivery personnel will NOT unload any merchandise before customer pays the balance in full in CASH.  If the customer cannot make full payment within 10 minutes of the truck’s arrival, the delivery personnel can leave and additional delivery charge will apply.

 
 

3.As required by Worker Safety Insurance Board, delivery personnel must ware safety shoes while performing delivery work. Customer should therefore prepare floor mats in advance to avoid damage to the floor.

 
 

4. Delivery personnel will NOT dispose of your packaging materials or move  your old furniture. Extra charge will apply for this service. If customer hires the delivery personnel to do extra work, the store is NOT responsible for any damage caused by the delivery personnel.

 
 

5.For any repair or after sale service, customer is to contact the store from which the purchase is made. For any product defect or damage, please email the photos of the affected products to the store, and we will contact you within 2 working days to schedule a service.

 
 

6.If the delivery personnel cause any damage to your property, please file the claims with the store too. Email the photos and the description of the damages. The store will contact you within 2 working days to discuss your claim.

 

7.There is a window of 6 hours for scheduled delivery, subject to road conditions, traffic and other factors that might be beyond our control. Customer must be available during this window to accept delivery. Failure to do so will cause extra charge of wait time of $60 per hour.
